The requirements:
- Manage 3–4 ongoing social media clients, directing both strategy and execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by handling communication, timelines, and expectations
- Plan and implement monthly content strategies aligned with each client’s goals and brand voice
- Create, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community management as needed
- Prep for content shoots by developing creative direction, shot lists, and content needs
- Track performance and analytics, turning insights into clear recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with the Blue Byrd Marketing team to ensure consistency, quality, and growth
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong pulse on social media strategy, trends, and storytelling. You understand what makes content convert, not just look pretty!
- Is extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines smoothly
- Brings strong content creation skills, including: designing elevated, brand-appropriate graphic, editing engaging short-form video (Reels/TikToks) with strong hooks and pacing, writing captions that feel natural, strategic, and on-brand, & using AI tools thoughtfully for research, ideation, or optimization
- Has a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics..(you instinctively know when something “feels off”)
- Can research and develop creative, non-generic content ideas that help clients stand out
- Enjoys reviewing analytics and translating data into actionable insights
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and proactively with both clients and team members
- Is self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently without micromanagement
